Charlsie Nell Gardner, age 93, passed away at her home in Wolfe City, October 23, 2024. She was born to Claude and Odessa (Tiffee) Pack September 9, 1931 in Wolfe City.
The funeral service will be conducted by Bro. Kerry Meador at 11:00 A.M., Sunday, October 27, 2024, at R. W. Owens and Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour before. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. The grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Charlsie attended Wolfe City High School before marrying Tommy Gardner. She was a co-owner and the head cook of T and T Cattle Company. She and Tommy raised 5 children.
Charlsie is survived by her five children: Larry Gardner, Danny Gardner and wife Elaine, Patty Herron, Tommy Gardner Jr., and Mike Gardner and Wife Sheila. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren: Josh Gardner, Amanda Gable, Jeremy Gardner and wife Rose, Jeff Leaton and wife Amy, Dawn Simmons, Randi Jones and husband TJ, Misti Gardner, Teri Cawthon and husband Alex, Cary Herron and wife Amy, Cody Herron and wife Kim, Curt Herron and wife Amanda, Madison Edge and husband Dalton, Maci Raney and husband Ryan, Will Ukrainetz and wife Tiffany, Ryan Ukrainetz and wife Taylor, and Casey Ukrainetz.
Charlsie is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren: Jesse & Josie Gardner, Kaylee Giles, Mark Gable, Elizabeth & Matthew Gardner, Noah, Maison & Easton Jones, Kellen & Ryder Cawthon, Cassidy & Carson Herron, Cayden, Chris & Chandler Herron, Camdyn Herron, Carter & Cooper Edge and Eli Ukrainetz and one great-great-grandchild Wrynlee Horton. And one brother Marvin Pack and wife Christine.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Tommy, son in law Dwayne Herron, daughter-in-law Janet Gardner, grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Kelly Wilson, Mackenzie Gardner, Grayson and Parker Jones, brother Billy Pack.
So sorry for the loss of your mother. prayers for the family. How fortunate you all were to have your mother for so many years.
