October 24, 1923 –  January 17, 2016 Gunter,
Eula Pauline Carr Gunter passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016 in Hot Springs, Arkansas at the age of 92. Pauline as she was better known was born on October 24, 1923 in Blunt County, Alabama to Luther Filo and Dixie Teague Carr. She married Ralph Eugene Gunter on June 22, 1939 and he precedes her in death. She is survived by three of her four children, Lynn Kimbell, Laura Kelly, and Betty Jasper, as well as six grandchildren. Her second born child, Brenda Moredock passed away in 2006

Mrs. Gunter later moved from Blunt County, Alabama to Daingerfield, Texas where she resided for almost 35 years. During this time, she was a business owner and was active in civic affairs. After retiring and selling her business, she moved to Hunt County, Texas and later to Hot Springs, Arkansas.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, January 25, 2016 in Omaha, Texas at the Omaha City Cemetery with Dr. Dan Gilliam officiating.
