November 27, 1934 –  August 31, 2015 Lowrey,
Eldon Floyd Lowrey, 80, of Wolfe City passed away Monday, Aug. 31, 2015 at Hunt Memorial Hospital in Greenville. Mr. Lowrey was born on Nov. 27, 1934 in Bailey, Texas to Eldon Dayton Lowrey and Mary Alma Hartley Lowrey. He married Nettie Pearl Burk on December 16, 1954 in Bonham, Texas. He was a farmer and rancher in the Wolfe City area for many years.

Survivors are his wife of Wolfe City, a daughter, Kay Stein and husband Louis of Keller, Texas, one son, Joe Lowrey and wife Deborah of Wolfe City. Four grandchildren; David & Charity Lowery, Jennifer Kreig, Madison Stein and Mackenzie Stein. 3-Step Grandchildren; 7- Great Grandchildren. A sister Donice Miller of Princeton, Texas.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the R.W. Owens and Son Funeral Chapel in Wolfe City, conducted by Wendell Presley and Mark Eldridge. Burial will follow at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City. Pallbearers are Kenneth Thornton, Chuck Felty, Jim Swartz, Shane Wallace and Jay Norman. Honorary Pallbearers are Jimmy Felty, Bobby Dale Williams, Joe Charles Henslee and Dayton Lowery.
