Elmer Lee Dirickson, 80, of Wolfe City, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at his home.

Mr. Dirickson was born October 6, 1941, in Bokchito, Oklahoma to Ralph and Lucille Perry Dirickson. He married Mary Akins on January 25, 1973, in Sherman, Texas. He was a member of the Baptist Church. Elmer graduated from Bokchito, Ok. High School. He worked in roofing and construction. Elmer worked at Texas Instruments until 1975. He spent many years farming and ranching and loved horses, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Dirickson; daughter, Denise Kirk and husband, Danny; son, Lee Dirickson and husband, Shawn; daughter, Jarvita Morrow and husband, Brad; daughter, Melisa Panell and son Ethan Dirickson and wife, Shelly. Eleven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Brothers Leslie Dirickson and wife, Janette and David Dirickson and wife, Dorothy; Sister, Dolores Rhodes.

He was preceded in death by his son, James D. Folsom and his parents.
