Linda Sharlene Brantley passed away at her home in Wolfe City, Wednesday, August 15, 2018.  She was born to Wayne and Frances Neal Haggard April 1, 1952 in Sulphur Springs.

Linda is survived by her daughter Christi London and husband Jeff of Wolfe City, Son Bobby Brantley and wife Kasie, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her mother Frances Price, sisters Rhonda West and husband Billy Dan, Edra Brantley, brothers Wayne Haggard Jr. and wife Frances, and Clarence Haggard and wife Ladonna.  She was preceded in death by her father Wayne Haggard Sr., and grandparents Prentice Neal and wife Lillie.

She worked for many years as a home healthcare certified nursing assistant.  She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

The funeral service will be conducted by Brother David Hawkins of Valley Creek Baptist Church in Leonard at 10:00 A. M. Saturday, August 18, 2018 at R. W. Owens Funeral Chapel.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 9:00 A.M.  Interment will follow at North Hopkins Cemetery in Birthright.
