Audie Stanford Anderson, 93 of Greenville, Texas, passed away June 22, 2015 at Legends Oaks Healthcare in Katy, Texas. She was born to Wade & Myrtle Stanford on October 23, 1921 at their farm outside of Wolfe City Texas.

Audie is survived by her sister Margie Hamlin and husband Jerry of Greenville; son, Jerry Martin and wife Kay of Houston; granddaughter Tanya Paris of Dallas; two grandsons, Scott Martin and wife Stephanie of Los Angeles, Jeff Martin of Houston; great grandson Jey Martin of Houston; and many nieces & nephews.
Audie was preceded in death by her parents Wade & Myrtle Stanford; husband, Kenneth Anderson; daughter, Barbara Paris; grandson, Matthew Paris; six sisters, Rae Spigner, Alma Barnes, Marie Pierce, Wadie Thomas, Sue Crowell and Mary Ann Cuellar; and three brothers, Jack, Bun & Dan Stanford.

Audie was a wonderful and caring person whose life always revolved around family. Her calling in life was that of a care giver. She was always there to care for any family member or friend who was ill or in need of help. She loved to cook for family and friends and always had pies ready when anyone came by.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday June 27, 2015 at the R.W. Owens Funeral Home in Wolfe City, Texas with Reverend Brent Grissom of First Assembly of God Church (Greenville) officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City. Visitation will be held at the Owens Funeral Home one hour prior to the start of the service.
