Billie Fay Caldwell age 69, passed away July 1, 2013 at her home. She was born to Billy Joe and Clara Fay Malone Woodruff on December 11, 1943 in Greenville. She married Roy Caldwell Sr. on August 25, 1961 in Wolfe City.

She is survived by her husband, son Roy Caldwell Jr., daughters Cheryl Horton, Carol Fisk, 5 grandchildren, Kyle and wife Tracey Caldwell, Kacey Caldwell, Cody Horton, Brandon and Eric Fisk, 3 great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Butler, Devin Caldwell, Hayden Morales, and 1 sister Sandy Watson.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Linda George.

Services will be Wednesday, 10:00 A.M. at the West Main Church of Christ in Wolfe City. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. at Owens Funeral Home.
Her grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers.
