Eber Pemberton, Jr. passed away at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, on February 5, 2019.  He was born to Eber, Sr. and Ruth Pettigrew Pemberton in Commerce.

Eber worked for many years as an office equipment technician.  He attended Commerce High School.  He married the love of his life, Martha O’dell Castner in Commerce December 29, 1984.  He was a member of Independent Order of the Oddfellows.

Eber is survived by his cousins Linda Savage of Commerce and William Pemberton of Commerce, step-children Nita Shiller of Tulsa, OK. and Lloyd Coker of Commerce.  He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

The funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M., Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Owens Funeral Chapel in Wolfe City.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City.
