Flora L. Robinson, age 94, passed away February 4, 2019, at Watkins-Logan Texas State Veterans Home in Tyler. She was born July 4, 1924, in Bonham, to Ernest F. and Geneva Sanford Puckett. She married the love of her life, Wesley Robinson, March 2, 1946 in Bonham.
Flora worked for many years at Henington Printing in Wolfe City. She was an avid knitter, and enjoyed crafting and crocheting, however music and singing was probably most important to her.
Flora is survived by three daughters: Joyce Ponder and husband Carey of Flint, Juanita Warnell and husband Terry of Tyler, and Janice McMillen and husband Terry Don Brent of Gober. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and spouses, numerous great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one daughter, Helen (Jeanie) Brem and husband Ronnie, and all of her siblings.
The funeral service will be held at Owens Funeral Chapel in Wolfe City at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 7, 2019. The funeral will be conducted by her son-in-law Carey Ponder. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at 1:00 P.M. Interment will follow at Gober Cemetery, in Gober. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren: Charla Tillery, Jeremy McMillen, Justin Powell, Shane Brem, Shannon Staton, Jamie Stephens, Julie Kinkade, Glen Warnell, Chad Brem, and Jena Sparkman.
