George Lee Shipp, 68, of Garland died Dec. 22, 2010, at Baylor Medical Center of Garland.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at R.W. Owens & Son Funeral Home with Brother Bill Wright conducting. Burial is in Mount Carmel Cemetery.

Mr. Shipp was born Feb. 26, 1942, in Greenville to Alvin Theo and Mary Ethel Watkins Shopp. He was a retired real estate agent.

Survivors are his mother, Mary Shipp of Garland; daughters, Georgia McGovern of Garland, Kristi Kinslow of Mesquite and Angelee Morales of Fate; and sons, John Shipp of Dallas and Jason Shipp of Salem, Mass.
