August 16, 1956 –  November 28, 2011 Greg Dodson, 55, of Greenville, Tx. passed away Monday, November 28, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Dodson was born on August 16, 1956 in Dallas, Texas to John H. and Frances Evelyn Epley Dodson. He married Bobbie L. Stevens on April 23, 1974 in Lake Dallas, Tx.
Survivors are his wife of Wolfe City, 2-Sons; David Dodson and wife Misty, Adam Dodson and wife Crystal and one daughter; Cynthia Humphries and husband Dwayne. Seven grandchildren; Madison Humphries, Autum Humphries, Hunter Humphries, Keith Dodson, Kaylee Dodson Eric Dodson and Katherine Tramell; Sisters, Gina Tramell and Tammy Hite along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Dodson was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gary Dodson; Sister, Catherine Heithecker; Father-in-law, Robert H. Stevens and a Grandson, Michael Humphries, Jr.

Funeral Services will be held at the R.W. Owens & Son Funeral Chapel on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 10:30am Conducted by Rev. Bill Eason. Burial will follow at Webb Hill Cemetery near Wolfe City. Visitation is Thursday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00P.M. at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Bruce Dodson, Odie Stevens, John Dodson, Alan Stevens and Bobby Stevens. Honoarary Pallbearers, Justin Tramell, Joshua Bolton and Ray Mayers.
