Joyce Thomas, age 79, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Greenville Gardens. She was born to Chester Darby and Verda Mae Shaw Trahan in Cedar Bayou, Texas. She married Eddie Thomas on July 11, 1978 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and lived in Wolfe City, TX where they have resided since 1999.
She worked for many years as a Beautician and an Instructor of Cosmetology. She had a strong love for her family, searching for antiques and lighthouses, crafting, and caring for the many animals they raised on Little Acres Ranch. She was a member of Cross Trails Cowboy Church in Fairlie.

Joyce is survived by her husband Eddie of Wolfe City, TX two sisters, Darlene Higginbotham of Baytown, TX, Wanda Patton of Baytown, TX, daughter, Carol Enderli of Baytown, TX, step-daughters, Cathy Furnace of Longview, TX, Cynthia Parish of Orange, TX and Lisa Thomas Morphis of Needville, TX, one son, Joey Enderli of Mont Belview, TX, step-sons, Eddie Thomas Jr. of Edmonds, WA, John Thomas of Texas City, TX, and Joe Thomas of Valrico, FL, thirty grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, and one step-son, Ronnie Pruett.

The funeral will be Friday, August 25, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Cross Trails Cowboy Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
