Lois Faye Stailey, age 92, passed away at Oak Manor Nursing Home in Commerce. She was born December 5, 1930, to Orvil Frank and Sallie Fannie Lassiter Castle in Flag Springs.
A service celebrating of her life will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 P.M. Sunday, July 23, 2023, at the home of Randy and Julie Stailey, 15966 TX HWY 11 W, Cumby, TX.
Lois married Arthur Martin Stailey April 5, 1952, in Wolfe City. They raised 4 children. Lois was a homemaker and spent her time raising her children, then spoiling her grandchildren when her children were grown.
Lois is survived by her sons Randy Stailey and his wife Julie, Duane Stailey and his wife Sharon, brother Earl Castle, 11 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, daughter Janice Hammons, son Tony Stailey, 10 sisters and 12 brothers.
