Martha Colleen Morgan, 75, passed away August 17, 2021, at her home with her husband Jim at her side.  Her service will be Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 1:30 P.M. at Mt. Carmel Cemetery Chapel with burial following the service.  The service will be conducted by Brenda Williams.

Visitation will be from 11:00 until 1:00 before the service at Owens Funeral Home Chapel.

She was born August 31, 1945, in Enid Oklahoma to Michael Joseph and Mary Hodgden Holland.  She attended Enid High School and Enid Business College.  Upon graduating, Martha worked at Champlin Refining Company, then she moved to Fort Worth and worked for UPR, before retiring from Anadarko Petroleum.

She loved spending time with her grandchildren, volunteering to work the nursery Sunday mornings at church, caring for and raising flowers, cooking and baking and she loved the music of George Strait and Elvis.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Morgan; her son, Craig Morgan; her grandchildren, Sydney Morgan, London Morgan and Wyatt Morgan. She is also survived by her sister, Margaret Gunn and husband Gerry; her brother, Tim Holland; Sister-in-law, Mary Alice Bruckner and Robert; niece, Christy Gunn and Todd Maki; Great-nephew, Tobin Maki; niece, Sandy Cromwell; nephew, Scott Loving.  Additionally, she is survived by her niece, Rebecca Rakestraw and Brian and great-nephew, Michael Rakestraw.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Ann Loving.

In honor of her fight and her strength Martha’s family would like to ask that in lieu of flowers or other gifts that you consider making a donation to the American Cancer Society or the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
