Roger Dale Humphries, 69, of Commerce, Tx. passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Hunt Regional Hospital of Greenville. Mr. Humphries was born on January 21, 1949 in Commerce, Tx. to Gay Humphries and Melba Traylor Humphries. He was a machinist for over 40 years.
Mr. Humphries is survived by a son, Charles Humphries and wife Wendi, spouse Kathy Maddox, Step-Children; Missy & Brad Rex, Tiffane Hill, Landon & Amie Davidson; grandson, Grayson Humphries; Step Grandchildren, Katelyn Rex, Dustin Rex, Lane Hill, Rachel Davidson, Dallas Davidson; Sisters, Fay Peden, Linda Bussa, Brother; Bill Humphries. He was preceded in death by his grand-daughter, Averie Davidson and two brothers, Bob and Tony Humphries and sister Tilly Ferrell Humphries.
Funeral Services will be held at the R.W. Owens and Son Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, March 27th at 10:30 A.M. conducted by Bro. Kerry Meador, burial will follow in Rosemound Cemetery, Commerce, TX. Visitation will be on Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.at the funeral home.
