Funeral services for Sally Myrtle Holloway, formerly of Collinsville, TX. will be held Friday, April 21, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. at R. W. Owens & Son Funeral Home in Wolfe City, TX. with Ricky Patterson officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 to 11:30 A.M. at the funeral home. She died at her daughter’s home in San Antonio, TX. on April 18, 2017. She was born to Hardin and Sarah Myrtle Woods Hart February 29, 1928 in Anson, TX.
She married John Henry Holloway September 23, 1943 in Hugo, OK. Sally was a devoted grandmother, who loved gardening and raising flowers. She was a long time member of the Collinsville Church of Christ. She is the last of her siblings.

She is survived by her two sons: Bruce Holloway and wife Dana of Houston, Jessie Holloway and wife Midge of Fayetteville, AR, four daughters: Linda Radclif of Garland, Sharolette Wright and husband Cliff of Lorena, TX., Nellie Conner of San Antonio, and Brenda Conner and husband Chuck of Mesa, AZ. Twelve grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, brother-in-law Jess and wife Eris Holloway of Sachse and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hardin and Sarah Hart, husband John and her siblings.

Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers
