March 27, 1967 –  May 21, 2010 Sylvia Gayle Rowe Preas, 43, of Greenville passed away peacefully at her home in Greenville on Friday, May 21, 2010.
She was born March 27, 1967, in Victoria to Charlie Rowe and Jesslyn West. She was a member of Highland Terrace Baptist Church in Greenville.

She is survived by her children, Jordan Matlock of Dallas and Eutah Preas of Cooper; her mother, Jesslyn Passanmante and husband Art; sisters Patty Smithson and Crystal Flud; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Jamie Rowe on May 16, 2009.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 24, 2010 at R.W. Owens Funeral Home in Wolfe City with Rev. Bobby Atkins officiating. A private family burial will follow at a later date.

Sylvia is now at peace.
