Velma Cash age 88, of Cumby, Texas passed away in Sulphur Springs, on Saturday, October 31, 2015. She was born on April 12, 1927 in Roswell, New Mexico to Clyde and Audie Morgan Graves. Velma married her loving husband of 49 years Lewis Alton Cash on October 4, 1944, he precedes her in death.

Mrs. Cash was of the Baptist faith and attended First Baptist Church in Cumby. She was a Housewife and raised her family. Velma was an active part of her grandchildren’s lives, and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by three children; Lewis Dean Cash, Lyn Gibson, and Paul Wesley Cash; five grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, son Robert Cash Sr. and grandson Ronnie Wayne Cash.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 13, 2015 at 12:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Forney, Texas with Randy Rather officiating.
