April 16, 1929 –  November 23, 2015 Bell,
Viola Malvina Bell was born in Kansas on April 16, 1929 on a Sunday. Shortly after that she moved with her parents and older brother to New Mexico. She attended high school in New Mexico and it was during this time she met Lloyd Bell when he came to New Mexico to visit a relative while on leave from the Army.

Shortly after this visit he returned to New Mexico to bring Viola back to Texas as his bride. The picture was taken the day of their wedding, November 29, 1947.

Lloyd and Viola continued with Army life including an overseas tour in Germany. They were blessed with four children, Lloyd, Bruce, George and a little girl Patty born in Germany

Viola went to beauty school and eventually opened a beauty shop in her home so she could be at home with her family.

They eventually retired from the military in 1959 and moved to Boise Park Idaho. They had successful careers and eventually moved to Salem, Oregon for four years.

In 1994 they moved to Greenville, Texas with their son Lloyd Jr. and his wife Barbara. Lloyd Sr. died in 2001 and Viola eventually moved with Lloyd and Barbara to Wolfe City, Texas where she lived until her death.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at R. W. Owens & Son Funeral Home in Wolfe City, Texas. Interment will follow at 2:00 P.M. at Goodland Cemetery in Hugo, Oklahoma.
