Willa Dean Kelley, age 85, passed away at Hunt Regional Medical Center Hospital in Greenville, Tx on December 24, 2019.  She was born to Alto and Leitsie Jackson Fowler, October 19, 1934 in Graceville, Florida.

Willa worked as a secretary for the federal government.  She married Franklin “Frank” Kelley in Columbus, Georgia in 1956.  They raised two sons while Frank was serving in the U. S. Air Force.

Willa is survived by her sons, Alan & wife Glenna Kelley of Wolfe City, Texas and Keith Kelley of Sumatra, Florida.  She is also survived by her seven grandchildren & spouses.  Roxanne (Wade) Toeplitz of Wolfe City;  Leah Cox of Wolfe City;  Kurtis (Rachel) Kelley of Las Vegas, Nevada;  Kendall Kelley of Wylie, Texas;  Kyle Kelley of Sherman Oaks, California;  Sarah (Tim) Rice of Tallahassee, Florida;  Rachel (Demazio) Santana of Clarksville, Tennessee and 7 great-grandchildren ranging in ages of 16 months to 16 yrs of age.  Also, survived by one sister Sue Adams of Chipley, Florida.  She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and two brothers: Gene Fowler and Raymond Fowler.

Family & friends are invited to gather for Visitation at 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. on Thursday December 26, 2019 at R. W. Owens Funeral Home in Wolfe City, Texas.

Willa will then be flown back home to Tallahassee, Florida.  Interment will be Sunday December 29, 2019 at Culley’s Meadow Wood Funeral Home & Memorial Park.  A visitation time for family & friends will be held at 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. This will be followed by a private family graveside service.
