Daniel Edwin Wright, age 64, passed away at his home in Plano, August 26, 2026. He was born March 11, 1962, to Arthur and Gail Anne Caseldine Wright in Syracuse, NY.
Dan worked in information technology for the SPCA of Texas beginning in 1995, dedicating 30 years of his life to the organization.
A lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Dan also loved the outdoors, fishing, and working on his 2000 Ford F-250, which he built into his ultimate off-road camper for his outdoor adventures.
He is survived by his brother Tom Wright, son Trevor and Brooke Wright, and granddaughter Lily Wright. He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends and forever remembered for his love of the outdoors, his adventures and the memories he shared with those who loved him.
