June 18, 1937 –  June 30, 2013 Wright,
Grady S. Wright, age 76, passed away June 30, 2013 at Whispering Pine Nursing Home in Longview. He was born to Sherman and Mona Evans Wright June 18, 1937 in Greenville. He married Loretta Pearl Boiles on June 9, 1959 in Abilene.

He is survived by one daughter, Shannon Carter and husband, Ron of Union Grove, two sons; Spencer Wright of Longview and Sherman Wright of Holland, grandchildren; Ron, Jr., Bradley Carter, Shea Wright, Jill Wright and Amber Wright and one great grandchild, Matthew Carter.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, two sisters, Shirlene Pruitt and Joann Baker.

He was a Weather Observer Technician in the USAF for 20 years. After retiring from the Air Force, he became a meteorologist for the National Weather Service until he retired.

Visitation will be at Owens Funeral Home in Wolfe City from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, July 3, 2013. There will be a graveside service at 3:00 P.M. at Hogeye-Celeste cemetery following visitation.
