Louise W. Birdwell, age 78 of Wolfe City, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016 in Greenville, Texas. She was born on June 29, 1938 in Ladonia, Texas to Leon and Irene Aslin Williams. She married Harold J. Birdwell on June 3, 1961 in Wolfe City, Texas.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Wolfe City and retired from Texas A&M Commerce.

She is survived by two loving daughters Ramona Quirl and husband Alvin of Wolfe City and Kim Skinner and husband Doug of Wolfe City, four grandchildren Patrick Quirl, Colton Quirl, Madison Skinner, and Paige Skinner, sister Dorothy London of Wolfe City, brothers Alton Williams and wife Linda of Royse City and James Williams of Winnsboro.

Preceding her in death is her husband of 30 years Harold J. Birdwell and both of her parents.

Graveside service will be held at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Wolfe City on Tuesday November 15, 2016 at 2:00 P.M.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the R.W. Owens & Son Funeral Home in Wolfe City.
